Minis
These are great finger foods for weddings or similar events where you don't need a full meal. They are about 1/3 size of our full size. Minimum purchase required. Expect about 3.5 savory per person and 1.5 sweet per person
Mid size
This is a very popular option for business catering. You get a good bang for your buck and are able to offer more variety to your group without over-purchasing. Expect about 2 savory per person and 1 sweet per person
Full Size
These are the same size as the ones that are served in each store. Expect about 1.5 savory per person and 1 sweet per person
Mix-n-Match
Don't be afraid to mix and match the different size kolaches we offer so you can make the most of your budget. A popular catering recommendation is combing mid-size savory kolaches and minature sweet.
Hookup Package Deal
Saves us some time. Saves you some money.

Start with a minimum order of:

24 mid-size sausage, egg, and cheese

24 mid-size bacon, egg, and cheese

24 mid-size raspberry and cream
-
24 mid-size cinnamon
Then add more kolaches, by increments of 24 per flavor, to the order.
Rules of the deal:

Flavors must be sausage, egg, and cheese or bacon, egg, and cheese for savory.

Flavors must be raspberry and cream or cinnamon for sweet.

These are the only 4 options because they are the easiest to make and simplest.

They are sold in sets of 24 because that is "by the tray", which makes it easier for us to produce.

They can only be mid-size.

There are no exceptions to these rules. No substitutions are allowed. We are very strict on this; it negates the whole purpose of the discount.

Saves y'all 5.99%, saves us some time and hassle.
For example, you start with a minimum of 4 dozen savory and 4 dozen sweet, then you want to add 12 more kolaches. You must add these separately at full price. You can only add in sets of 24 for the Hookup. Say you want to add 24 sausage and gravy? You must add these separately for the full price. You can only choose from those 4 flavors listed above. Perhaps you want 24 full-size or 24 minis? Must order separately and at full price. The Hookup discount only applies to an order as described in this section.
For example, you start with a minimum of 4 dozen savory and 4 dozen sweet, then you want to add 48 more bacon, egg, and cheese mid-size kolaches and 24 raspberry and cream mid-size kolaches. Then you want to add 12 full-size maple pecan and 12 full-size Texans. The additional 48 bacon and 24 raspberry would qualify for the Hookup discount. The discount will only apply to these! It does not apply to the full-size kolaches or any other part of the order. It only applies to certain items that qualify.

Evening Catering and Sundays
We love to cater, and we get A LOT of people who want kolaches for their evening and/or Sunday events. Truth be told, is that we're closed during those times, so you'd have to pick up your food before then and keep it warm on your own watch. We only accept evening orders on occasion and on Sundays only if it is very large, and we charge some more fees to open on a closed day. If we do, the latest we accept pickup orders is 4 pm, so plan accordingly. We DO NOT make after-hours delivery. Only pickups in the evenings, but even then, it will not always work out. Please email us or call us if you need help with nighttime catering to see how we can help you. Please keep in mind that we specialize in breakfast/lunch/brunch catering, so there are certain fees that come along with after-hours catering. We have a whole different array of flavors for special occasions and events outside breakfast.
